Leonte Benton

Leonte has always had dreams that could not be contained by his environment
and a will to put in the work to make those dreams realities.

While studying at Morehouse, he interned at the Empire Board of Realtists and
pursued a mentorship under T. Dallas Smith. Leonte took on every menial task
Dallas threw at him. Leonte’s handling of Dallas’ busywork became the catalyst for
T. Dallas Smith & Company. Today, Leonte serves as the firm’s Senior Vice Presi-
dent and is President of the Empire Board of Realtists.

Leonte Benton Leonte has an exceptional understanding of various commercial real estate assets,
Principal, SVP including office, warehouse, land and retail. Many of his clients note his insights

in their markets of interest as outstanding and of great value when making critical
short- and long-term real estate decisions. He has successfully represented bou-
tique companies and corporate giants.

His commercial real estate transactions portfolio includes prominent entities like
AT&T, Coca-Cola Company, FedEx, JP Morgan Chase, and General Services Ad-
ministration. Leonte is highly active in the communities we serve. He serves on
the Fulton County Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta and Youth
Enhancement Services.
