Grievance and Feedback number mentioned in Reception area
Dual language to be used in display wherever applicable

Staff training
This is the most important part of NABH journey
Staff should be made aware about the NABH certificate, its importance and their
role in achieving the accreditation.

It is an evolving process for Staff and the NABH process make staff more co ordinate
and disciplined.
Training of Staff includes BLS training – certificate course, Fire training, Code blue,
Code red and Code Pink training and demonstration

Staff positions and responsibilities should be well defined and Organogram should
be displayed.
Medical Officer and State Nursing Council registered Nurse is mandatory as per the
BED ratio

Staff training includes
Rights and Responsibilities of Staff, Hand Hygiene training, waste segregation, event
reporting, prevention of sharp injuries, handling of sharp instruments, handling body
fluid spillage, use of personal protective equipments and handling of emergencies.
