Management

An inspired culture is the hallmark of a high performing team. A cohesive team
culture working collectively towards a unified goal is essential. Shared
ownership, empowered decision makers, transparency with clear objectives
and expectations are crucial in instilling the team mentality.

Regular training ensures excellence. A formalized program is necessary in
bigger team environments, but capable team members also require autonomy.
Providing the team with intentional degrees of latitude within their role is
          crucial to motivation.

Culture guides discretionary behavior and picks up where the policy manual
leaves off. Culture tells us how to respond to an unanticipated service request
or event. Employees make hundreds of decisions on their own every day, and
culture is the guide. I inspire my team creating culture through top-down
modeling of positivity, honesty, integrity and a commitment to service.
