the Cascian.
spring - and in recent years, the magazine has produced some of its largest volumes.Although Literary Magazine shares the student-generated and student-led approach of the Cascian, the issues focus on highlighting student artistic expressions in the forms of writing, drawing, photography, and every other creative outlet in-between. Instead of being an offered course, Literary Magazine is an extracurricular activity that relies on the dedication of the students and their time to advertise, compile, edit, and complete the work. Often, students will work on the weekends in order to ensure a timely and well- proofed issue. Unlike many schools where there are page limits and strict editing guidelines, Cascia Hall highlights the wide array of talent and art mediums available to its students, and those that run the

Even the teachers have gotten involved by submitting work for publication or offering extra credit to their students.The faculty sponsor of the club, Kathleen Hunt, always nds herself surprised by the writing and artistic talent of Cascia Hall:“Since they’re students at Cascia Hall, you know they are going to produce exceptional work, but there are some photos, drawings, paintings, and poems that you come across, that truly astound you.
