                            MR. Pankaj Giroti took his first job as a Captain at Golden Phoenix at Le Meridien New
                            Delhi. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) from IHLEI, Orlando (USA), having 25
                            Years of versatile Hospitality experience, within India & Overseas. Majorly entrepreneurial
                            journey and 8 plus years of Cruise lines experience with Royal Caribbean & Island Cruises.
                            This travel opportunity enriched his knowledge and experiences of major parts of the globe.
                            Having core forte of Complex Level of Hospitality Operations & Business Development,
                            since 2012, he is shouldering the responsibility as Chief Advisory Mentor at Tall Oak

          A Master of Italian and Continental Cuisines, Chef Pawan Uppal has worked with several
          well known kitchens of Hyatt Regency, Delhi, Hyatt Dubai, The Radisson, New Delhi and
          Nikko Metropolitan. He is presently the Executive Chef and handling operations at Habitat
          World, India Habitat Centre as well for Drift at Epicentre. Under his administration, the
          kitchens at Habitat world serve more than 5000 meals everyday. His journey has included
          several competitions including a food festival in Japan and has also been awarded as
          “Master Chef International Cuisine” by the Indian Culinary Forum and IFCA in 2011.

                             Ms.  Suchitra  had  joined  the  Oberoi  group  in  1994  as  Management  Trainee  for
                             Housekeeping stream at the Oberoi School of Hotel Management. She started her career
                             with Trident, Nariman Point, Mumbai and has also got an opportunity to work at the
                             capacity of Executive housekeeper in Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh, a luxury resort at the Red Sea,
                             Egypt from 2006 to 2010. After this she resumed her services as Executive Housekeeper at
                             the Oberoi, Mumbai. At present she is heading Housekeeping department at The Oberoi,
                             Gurgaon since 2014.

                             consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. There is no substitute for hard work.





          Mr. Raj Kumar Singh has worked through various positions in Food & Beverage service in
          many reputed hotels. He is currently heading Novotel Hotel, Lucknow as General Manager.
          He is always proud of his college as he assumes it helped him academically and added
          immense value to his career.

          ‘One should not fall of failure instead he must grab maximum knowledge, to overcome it.'
