Dr. Savita started her career as Business Associate at Vertex, Gurgaon and completed her
Ph.D. from School of Management Studies, Ansal University. She is a Certified Hospitality
Educator (CHE) from American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute and has worked as
faculty at Ansal University Gurgaon, IHM Mumbai and CT Institute, Jalandhar. She is an
author of five handbooks of various universities and has presented and published number of
research papers in National and International conferences and reputed Journals. She is at
present working as Associate Professor at Amity Universtiy, Noida.

Ms. Heer Goel started her career as an Assistant Manager, Learning Development & Quality
Enhancement with Old World Hospitality group and in 2006. She joined Sodexo as Manager,
Organizational Development and Training. Her Career graph went up with Regional
Learning and Development advisor for South Asia with UK foreign and Commonwealth
office (British Government, In her Majesty's service) in 2007. She had been leading face in
Learning and Development department with Intercontinental Hotel Group and Telenor till
2017. Since 2017, She has been holding a position of General Manager, Management

Ms. Meghna Tanwar started her career with The Taj ambassador as trainee floor supervisor
and over a period of 13 years worked with brands like IHG, Leela, Hyatt, Hilton and
Roseate. At Present she is working with Crowne Plaza, Rohini as Executive Housekeeper.

Ms. Pranita Sah has a rich experience of working with many multinational companies like
Laing O'Rourke, a UK based Organization and Lynx Info systems, where she was heading
Marketing and Business development division as well as many renowned hotel brands like
Hyatt Regency Delhi, Jaypee Hotels pvt. Ltd, Hilton and Oberoi hotels. During the course
of time she also completed Post Graduation in brand management. She has always been
deeply interested in imparting knowledge to younger generation. Past three years she has
been working with AIHM as trainer & lecturer to establish a connection with the field of
