What if I’m not able to hike, backpack or

camp in the wilderness again? What would Blog: www.khayaronkainen.fi

        ABOUT ME

orn and bred in South Africa, Khaya
                Ronkainen now calls Finland her
Bhome, and it’s where she lives with
her husband. Like most writers, she was
drawn to the written word from an early

age. But it was only after moving countries
that she began to write seriously, and poetry
became her first choice for self-expression.

Poetry is by it’s very nature a niche genre. It

rarely attracts and excites the general public
