IDENTIFYING ENEMIES
Food allergy is not only a problem with
particular foods. Certain foods are
more vulnerable to influence allergies.
But, the real problem is with the body's
reaction to the foods.
What inside the foods that can triggers allergy
reactions are PROTEIN, which the molecules constructed
out of building blocks called amino acids. Proteins are
essential in building muscle, repairing cells, hormones,
enzymes and antibodies.
