Kayl Reneé May

Kayl is a Customer Service and Leadership Business Consultant,
Speaker, Radio Personality, and Author. As a Radio Personality, she
is a co-host of "Women Of Empowerment Radio" which is an I Am
Flavore Radio Show hosted by Instinct Radio. When asked about
her success or how she turned a particular business around, Kayl
emphasized the need to understand that if you do not take care of
your customer base, your company will not survive. She further
stated that exceptional customer service propels a company above
the competition which guarantees sales to soar!"

As a Business Consultant and after a near fatal car accident, Kayl
was passionate to start her own company to assist businesses,
teens, ex-prisoners, and others seeking to better themselves. Her
company, RISE UP AND REACH HIGHER gives her the opportuni-
ty to do for small businesses what she had been doing for large
corporations for years and that's lead them to SUCCESS.

Currently she trains business owners, managers, and frontline
workers. She also conducts training classes for teens and young
adults entering into the job markets. Kayl's well sought after
training classes ignites attendees to carry the knowledge with
them throughout their careers and in their day to day affairs.

While keeping up with her busy schedule, Being a wife and mother,
taking care of her elderly father, and enjoying her twin grandsons, Kayl has published the first of many
books titled “The Unveiling of a Mask” which brings awareness to
mental illness, helps to silence the shame of having a mental illness,
and addresses the stigma associated with having a mental illness.
Birthed out of the book are quarterly seminars to help save marriages
titled "Marriage is NOT a Fantasy" so BEFORE you say "I DO"!

Kayl's mantra: I am a Businesswoman, Author, Radio Personality,
Speaker, and Philanthropist. These are the words that edify:
