There are, of course, other people who seek
to realize a different kind of strength through
karate-do as budo (a martial art). There are
some things that can only be achieved when
you are young, and other things that you can
only understand after you have grown older.
The point is, karate-do can help individuals
enrich their lives, which is why it is important
that each person find their own
personal
karate-do.
THANK YOU
VERY MUCH
FOR YOUR
TIME MANABU
MURAKAMI SENSEI. THIS
QUESTION IS FREE FOR
YOU TO TALK ABOUT WHAT
DEEMED
Through my encounter with karate-do and
having Hirokazu Kanazawa Sensei as my
mentor, I was able to discover who I really
am. (Or maybe I should say that I am sear-
ching and training to find myself.) Karate-do
is a path that continues from our predeces-
sors of the past into the future. Where there is
no master, there is no future. But with a dream
and a goal, and by living steadfastly in the
present, the path will continue onward.
Although a long, long path still lies
ahead, I intend to continue training,
increasing my love of karate-do by putting all
of my heart and soul into every punch and
every kick.
Thank you. Oss!
