Sifu Jack’s specialty is certainly Kung Fu as
he teaches and is familiar with many styles
of Chinese boxing as well as Filipino Martial
Arts.

His teacher GM Wai Lun Choi is a well known
Kung Fu Grandmaster that holds lineages in
Hsing Yi Ch’uan , Liu Ho Pa Fa , Pa Kua Chang,
Mai Jung Lo Hon , Tibetan Lama Kung Fu,
and Yi Chuan. GM Choi is also the champion
of the Southeast Asian Hand to Hand Martial
Arts Full Contact Fighting Championship in
1971, in Singapore.

Sifu Jack has also championed too many
competitions to name here as he competed
in the martial arts circuit from 1975 to 2010
and has coached many champions in tour-
naments. He is known for training his fight-
ers to think outside the box doing things in
a very creative way, teaching over 15,000
students over the years . At a lunch meeting
with GM Inosanto and Sifu Rich, GM turned
to Rich grabbing a napkin and stated “ Hey
Rich, If Sifu Jack was here he would come
up with a great way of training martial arts
with this napkin.” Of course GM Inosanto
was referring to the creative nature of Sifu
Jack that he really liked. In 2004 Sifu Jack
was honored to be inducted into the martial
arts hall of fame and has taught such nota-
ble students as Johhny Cage(Danny Pesinia)
from the movie Mortal Combat and from the
same movie Liu Kang(Ho Sung Pak) who also
played Donatello in a Teenage Mutant Ninja
movie.

Sifu Rich’s specialty is Kali and Jeet Kune Do,
but is also a expert in Chinese Boxing, West-
ern Boxing , Brazilian Jiu Jitsu , and Kick-
boxing. He has worked with various law en-
forcement and military organizations such as
the U.S. Navy Seals, Chicago Police Academy
Instructors , Illinois State Troopers, 2nd Bat-
talion Recon Marines, Harvey Illinois Police
Dept. Swat Team, Riverside California Police
