two Amazing Instructors
I feel very lucky to have
had such a wide variety
of martial arts knowledge
and training available to me
from just these two. The part
that touched me the most, as
well as taught me the most, is
their generosity and patience as
well as help and guidance both
in and out of the ring. With-
out any role models in my
life they helped mold me as a
man, and understand life and
martial arts in a way where
they actually become one and
the same. I hope to effect my
students in the same way, and
honor my teachers Sifu Jack
and Sifu Rich by teaching the …. Create Develop
and Flow Way !
