Master Tee started in Mud Muay training at eight year-old in a forest temple of Laos,
and training in Thailand under one of the most respected instructors in the ancient martial art
of Mud Muay, Master Pramote Hoimook of Nongkee Pahuyuth Muay Thai School and prior
to emigrating to the United States in May 1981. Master Tee further diversified my
skills by incorporating Yau Kung Moon Kung Fu physical training, learning to
increase speed and control movements in competitive combat. After seven
years of training and acheiving advanced fighting skills, Master tee joined
the San Francisco Guardian Angels. For two years, He helped protect and
prevent crimes in the city’s roughest neighborhoods
Mud Muay Fitness and Conditioning
This one hour class is for people who are looking to become stronger,
faster, and leaner or just an all around better athlete. The class starts
with an active warm-up, incorporating dynamic stretching, then moves
on to circuit training which includes: resistance work such as kettle bells,
heavy ropes, heavy weights pushing and pull ups—mixed in with extreme
cardio. Class is completed with a core burnout. The workouts are measured
by time and/or weights being used so there are tangible results to help you
guage your fitness goals.
Mud Muay Fighter
Training
This is class is for fighters with upcoming
fights. Classes consist of a 2-hour tra-
ining session starting with 15 minu-
tes of jump rope or jogging, prac-
ticing ring strategies, sparring,
and one-on-one pad work
with the trainer. Training will
be tailored toward the in-
dividual fighter and type
of fight, e.g. Anouphab
Mud Muay (AMM) Fi-
ghter, Boxing, Muay
Thai, Kickboxing or
Mix Martial Arts.
