Some photos of the visit to Sifu Frank Rosell who was so kind to show me different
techniques of Perpetual Defense, in less than half an hour with him I did learn a lot
and feel the fluidity and effectiveness of his movements, I could also see how he could
move with his blows a heavy wooden doll. Indescribable with words and incredible
to perceive with the eyes, the best way to understand it is to feel it, so if you are in
Miami, you should get to train with Sifu Frank Rosell.
