1 tsS salt
stiFNs melted margarine or 1 FuS oil
1 FuS sugar
3 eggs
ò FuS orange MuiFe
ò FuS Foϑee whitener or so\ milN, for a healthier oStion

1 tsS instant Foϑee diluted in 3 7bsS
boiling water

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
. PlaFe Àour, baNing Sowder, baNing
soda and salt into the bowl of an eleFtriF
mixer. Add remaining ingredients one at
a time and mix until blended.
3. &ombine ingredients for ¿lling in a medium
bowl and mix well.
4. Pour 1"3 of the batter into a well greased 10 inFh %undt San. 6SrinNle half the
¿lling mixture, Fovering the la\er of batter. Pour another 1"3 of the batter and sSrinNle
remaining mixture to Fover the batter. &over with remaining batter. 7r\ not to shaNe the
San too muFh.
5. PlaFe FaNe immediatel\ in oven and baNe for 55 minutes or until inserted toothSiFN Fomes
out Flean. /et stand 15 to 0 minutes, then invert FaNe San onto a serving Slate.
. 2nFe the FaNe has Fooled, dissolve the Foϑee in boiling water. Add to FonfeFtioner¶s sugar
and stir until thinned, but not runn\. Pour iFing over FaNe, Souring from the Frown of the
FaNe and letting it driS down the sides.
