“I think we need to find our way back to Niamh. I don’t

think the family are coming for us. Maybe they don’t even

know we are lost!”

Baby was worried again, now. She thought they should stay

where they were and wait for Niamh to come back for them.

She knew that Niamh would come as soon as she realised.

Just then, they heard a rustling sound and the leaves of the

trees began to move.

Baby clutched onto Molly.

“What on Earth is that? I think you’re right, Molly. We need

to get out of here!”

As Baby began to feel as though she was in serious danger,

a furry, bright-eyed, confident looking creature came

sauntering out of the leaves towards them. She had green

eyes and stripy fur. She Miaowed loudly.

“Well!” said the cat. “What are you two girls doing out in the

forest all alone?”
