Social Events

Social events include meals and breaks that form a core part for the networking opportunities. Each event attracts a
large number of participants, and sponsors can use these unique opportunities to network and develop their brand
awareness.

Opening Ceremony
Limited sponsorship upon availability:
Included in the Diamond Sponsorship
Package.
The opening cocktail will be held on 7th of
December 2017. All exhibitors and
accompanying persons will be invited to
this reception. The sponsors will have the
opportunity to display signs/roll-ups at the
reception area. The company name will
also be included in the list of sponsors in
the Official Event Guide and on the web
site.
Logistics and catering is included –
Sponsors can further enhance their
participation with any other marketing
items (branded napkins, etc.).
All requests need to be approved with the sales manager.

Gala dinner

Limited sponsorship upon availability: All
exhibitors and accompanying persons will be
invited to the Gala Dinner on 8 December 2017.
The sponsors will be linked to the event in all
printed and web based promotion. Sponsors can
further enhance their participation with branded
napkins, etc. For any request, please contact the
sales manager.

VIP Lounge
Limited sponsorship upon availability included in
the Gold Sponsorship Package. The VIP lounge
sponsorship is the opportunity to be appointed
official sponsor of this exclusive area, with
restrictive access. Your brand will be promoted at
every available place in the VIP Lounge ideally
located in the exhibition Ravel. For any request,
