Giant screen on the front of the venue:
Benefit from a strong visibility on the giant outdoor screen on the front of the
venue. Don’t miss the opportunity to promote your company at the most
Giant Screen visible place of the event. Promotion is available for 30 seconds’
announcements during 7 days.
The screen will display adverts and visuals in loop of 2min from 08:00 to
20:00. Price: € 6 900.
This sponsorship is available on request upon availability max. 3 sponsors
allowed

Promotion on screens inside the

venue
Make sure your brand is visible in the main entrance; rent the full Screen
screen and the possibility to promote your company products or
services for the duration of the event. 3 days € 2 900. This
sponsorship is available on request upon availability max. 3
sponsors allowed.
Promotion can be done on directional screens. Price for the
duration of the event: € 450/unit.

Promotional slide

Promotion can also be done in the conference
between presentations, every time a session is
finished. The slideshow is launched for people still
in the room. This is a great opportunity to
promote, your next presentation or invite them to
visit your stand. Price per day: € 200
