Participants’ bag

Limited number of sponsorship upon availability: Included in the Diamond
Sponsorship Package.
Secure high corporate visibility and association with WGE by the
sponsorship of the event bag distributed to each participant. 5 000 bags will
be produced and distributed on site by the organisers. Price: € 35 000.

Participants’ bag insert:

Possibility to include in the participants bag a double sided A5 flyer
promoting your company, product or service. The number of flyers included
in the participants’ bag is limited. Requested will be treated on the first come,
first serve basis. The flyers need to be printed and sent to the venue by the
sponsor, and we will take care of including your documents in the
participants’ bag. Please note that this flyer will require the organising
committee approval.
Price per insert: € 3 500.

Pencil and note Pad

Possibility to promote your brand logo on pencil and note pads,
this opportunity offers sponsors a way of providing participants
with a needed service, as well as a visible advertising method that
the participants will carry away with them. Company name and/or
logo are generally placed on the pencil and pad and the company
name will be included in the list of sponsors in the Official Event
Guide. The pencil and note pad will be produced and delivered
on-site to be included in the Participants’ bag. Price: € 25 000.

The name badges are attached to a string to hang
around your neck. The sponsor may put the
company name or logo on the string. Note that the
string must be approved by the Organising
Committee. The company name will be included
in the list of sponsors in Official Event Guide. The
participant badge holder are produced by the
