Silver Sponsorship Package

Silver Sponsorship Package offers visibility at major places during WGE and a
strong presence in any promotion of the conferences. This package is available
on request upon availability max. 20 sponsors allowed. 19 000€.

 The Silver Sponsorship Package offers you the opportunity to promote your
company and be part of the official sponsors for the conference rooms. (promotional
banners including your logo and specific signage). Brand logo will be included in every
available place in the conferences.
 The Silver sponsorship gives you the opportunity to promote your company in the conference screen
between sessions. 2 slides per sponsor, will be included in loop presentation in Camille Blanc lecture room
(up to 400 seats).
 One Exclusive Workshop / Symposium: you will have the choice to pick a slot from the remaining available
timeslots and present in the conference room your new product or services to the audience (up to 400
seats).

 Your Silver Sponsorship package includes 5 badges to access the VIP Exhibitor lounge as well as 10
badges to access and invite your guests to attend sessions in Camille Blanc lecture room.

 A strong visibility of your brand logo is included in this Silver sponsorship package on the mobile app
through 1 splash advert displayed at the opening of the app.

 In this Silver sponsorship package, you also can promote your company through a complimentary 1 full
page in the Official Event Booklet, this document is distributed to all participants and include the programme
for the seminars and the exhibition plan in a short version, easy to carry around the venue.
 The Silver Sponsorship package includes the company and product description in the Official Event Guide
of the Congress. copies will be printed and inserted in the participants’ bag including all detailed information
about the event, the exhibition and how to find them in the expo, the list of speakers and all major
information to make the most of your WGE experience.
 A double side brochure may be included in the participants’ bag by the organisers.

 The short description presenting the company will be included in 2 e-campaigns sent to all participants
through the WGE newsletter.

 This visibility is also offered on the website with the opportunity to present your company.
 Promotion of your brand logo will be done throughout the venue.

Offered for all exhibitors :
