Strictly forbidden: meeting with any formal presentations for participants

Exclusive workshop / symposium

Upon availability: Included in the Diamond Sponsorship Package.
Exclusive Workshops / Symposia are 60min conferences included in the programme and offer pertinent information
on the latest trend and developments from the gaming industry. It offers you the opportunity to present the new
trend and product development to the audience.
Exclusive Workshops / Symposia will be held in “Camille Blanc” lecture room offering up to 400 seats. A limited
number of timeslots have been made available for Exclusive Workshops / Symposia.
Companies may organise receptions before or after the session. This option need to be discussed directly with the
sales manager.
