Exhibition:

The exhibition is an excellent window towards the expected 5 000 participants. Furthermore, exhibitors may invite
guests to visit their stand during the WGE 2017.
The programme-structure will ensure that the participants are led through the exhibition. This means that there are
excellent opportunities for dialogue between exhibitors and participants.
All event and activities can be organised on your stand to attract visitors. These activities must be approved by the
organisers using the exhibition form.

Stands are sold in increments of minimum 3 m x 3 m (9 sqm). Don’t hesitate to mention all details and elements
(wish for the stand location, type of stand selected etc.…) you would like to share with us in your order form.
All exhibitors can bring their own equipment or make an order to the official supplier. Catalogue and order forms
will be distributed with the exhibition manual.
Schell scheme stand
Those exhibitors who need to rent a standard exhibit stand module
are urged to use the services of the official stand service supplier.
Schell scheme includes:
Structure: walls, roll carpet, one flag sign with exhibitor name,
Electricity supply with one simple phase earthed 1000 – 220C with
one 10/16 socket, lighting with 1 rail equipped with three 75W
spotlights per module. Complete booth cleaning before opening
Price for in-line Schell scheme stand: € 490 / sqm (minimum 9sqm)

Custom Stand design

Every exhibitor must submit an exact statement of the dimensions of
their stand as well as plans and descriptions of this stand. The
drawings must clearly indicate, in English, the planned layout, equipment and furnishing of the stand, including the
signage and visuals. The location of power outlets, electricity cables, moving parts, details of raised floors, water
as well as telephone and ventilation installations must also be indicated. Please supply: - a scaled top view drawing
- a scaled side view drawing - a three-dimensional drawing (or photograph) indicating the various heights and the
open/transparent spaces will, in principle, be sufficient. If special construction is planned (information towers,
moving parts, etc.), additional information must be submitted.
All stand design must be approved by the organisers, restriction and regulations available in the sponsor and
exhibitor manual
Stand Types

 Island: Exposed to aisles on 4 sides (Extra costs /Sqm: € 66)
 Peninsula: Exposed to aisles on 3 sides (Extra costs /Sqm: € 54)
 Corner: Exposed to aisles on 2 sides (Extra costs /Sqm: € 39)
 In line: Exposed to aisle on 1 sides
Price will vary upon stand location and stand type. Price for free stand space: € 390 / sqm. (minimum 9sqm)
