Official Diamond sponsorship package is a unique opportunity to be the official
sponsor of World Gaming Expo and to be included in every promotion done for
WGE. Your brand will be also appointed official sponsor of the Opening
Ceremony

 Diamond Sponsorship Package offers the opportunity to be the official sponsors

of the Opening Ceremony on the 7 of December. Your brand will be promoted at
every available place during the Opening Ceremony. You will be in the heart of the
event as the appointed official sponsor.
 Your company will also be highlighted as part of the official sponsor for the World Gaming Expo. Every
promotion made to promote World Gaming Expo will contain your brand logo as the official sponsor.
 The official sponsor logo will be printed on every attendees’ badge, lanyards and delegates bag offering a
direct link to every attendee and remain as a souvenir of this unique experience.
 The Diamond sponsorship package offers you 27 sqm exhibition stand space free of charge with the priority
to define your stand location in main hall by ordering before 30th of April. A great opportunity to welcome
your clients and be at the most visible place in the venue.

 The Diamond Sponsorship package offers you the opportunity to have a complimentary 1 full page colour
advertisement for your product or a corporate advert in the Official Event Guide of the Congress. Copies
will be printed and inserted in the participants’ bag including all detailed information about the event, the
exhibition and the company & product descriptions and how to find them in the exhibition, the list of speakers
and all major information to make the most of your WGE experience.
 Diamond sponsorship package, includes promotions in the Official Event Booklet. This document is
distributed to all participants and includes the programme for the seminars and the exhibition plan in a short
version, easy to carry around the venue, 1 complimentary full page advert.

 Exclusive Workshop/ symposium. As WGE Official sponsor, you have the first choice to pick a slot from the
available timeslots and present in the conference room your new products or services to a large audience
(up to 400 seats).
 You will also receive 10 conference badges to invite your guests to attend sessions in Camille Blanc lecture
room.
 Your Diamond Sponsorship package includes also 2 badges to access the very exclusive VIP Lounge and
5 badges to access the VIP Exhibitor Lounge.
 A double-sided brochure, as well as your company goody*, may be included in the participants’ bag by the
organisers.
 The logo of the company will be included in the photo call located at the main entrance of the venue.

 The short description presenting the company will be included in an e-campaign sent to all participants
through the WGE newsletter.

 This visibility is also offered on the website with the opportunity to present your company.
