Before embarking on a new build or refurbishment project,
the interior design scheme is fundamental to its success.
This is never more true than when we're designing spaces
for older people with cognitive issues.
Interior design is a highly skilled discipline and a central function to our
service.
Designing well for dementia adds another core consideration to the
design process and requires an empathy and understanding of the
particular considerations that will be most helpful to the residents.
The interior design scheme dictates the look and feel of everything in the
home.
Our interior designers are highly skilled and experienced in creating
designs which positively influence mood and behaviour. With detailed
and specific knowledge of the psychology of colour, and extensive
experience of creating meaningful environments, we will create cohesive
design schemes that work consistently and effectively throughout the
home.
A key component of successful interior design is communication. Before
we can embark on any design project, and in keeping with RFID we
need to understand our clients ambitions. This requires discussion and a
detailed assessment so we can understand the property's particular
challenges and opportunities that only people who live and work there
can know.
