Financial Performance

                       Revenues for the financial year 2016 recorded an increase of 15.8% ($39,378) when
               compared to last financial year. The largest portion of revenues (95%) came from guest intake.
               Interest income, foreign exchange gain, dividend income and gain on disposal also contributed to
               revenue. The data is depicted on Figure1 below.

                       Cost and expenses including bad debt and finance cost also increased by 16.6% ($28,273)
               but not greater than the overall revenue. Consequently, resulting in 14.1%( $11,105) increase in
               profit before taxation. Please see Figure 2 and 3 below for illustration.
