Gearing Analysis
The gearing ratio is computed by dividing total liabilities by total equity. Naked Hotel
Limited’s gearing ratio equates to 88.6%. The company is faced with minimal financial risk
because of such a high gearing ratio. However, we expect it to be reduced in upcoming year
because more equity will be used to finance our operation rather than loans and fixed deposit
schemes.
Donation and Community Involvement
In fulfilling our commitment to nation building, Naked Hotel Limited actively
participates in charity and community development projects, hence we donated $100,000 to the
National Children’s Home located at Hope Gardens, Kingston 6, Jamaica. We also participated
in other outreach project that aids in community development. Below are various images of the
