TODD HANLON | Banks Deputy
Deputy Todd Hanlon, a nearly 30-year veteran of
WCSO, has proudly served the City of Banks since
2011. Located west of Hillsboro, Banks is home to
some 1800 residents. The Sheriff’s Office provides
56 hours per week of law enforcement services,
with one 40-hour full-time deputy working five
days a week, 8 hours per day, and a part time
deputy making up the rest of the 16 hours
