GLP Principles consist of “4 No 6 Yes” as follows.
No to child labour Yes to labour management system
No to Forced Labour Yes to freedom of association
No to discrimination Yes to open communication
No to trafficking in person Yes to safe working environment
Yes to hygiene and waste management
Yes to Welfare and benefit
Since 2016 TTIA has organized “GLP Visit Program” on members’
premises at least once a year per member. TTIA officers who are trained
GLP program interview representatives of employers and employees on
managerial matters and employees’ life cycle, as well as data on labour
standards in accordance with GLP principles. Then, we will produce TTIA’s
annual comprehensive industry report.
