UD WOMEN FOR SH...ould I really be saying that word in my senior will?? Who knew being in the same E110 class freshman year, that we’d end up ROOMATES our senior year!! AHH NAKED. I’m so thankful for all of the laughs and good times so far, and I’m excited for the rest of the year for good ole L1. Thank you for sharing our beloved queen Rosie with me, clearly we know who she favors ;). Also P.S. HI NICK!
Sarv:
Thank you for instilling the love for band back in me, and thank you for trusting me with the social media accounts for the past 2 years. I’ve learned so much, and I have absolutely loved getting to share all of the reasons why I love the band with the whole world. My career post-grad may not be in social media, but this opportunity was extremely unique and integral in fusing all of my areas of passion in college into one experience. Thank you for the music, the band, the friends, the social media: Everything.
Jill:
To my dunkin-chipotle- 2 Stones nacho partner in crime: I’m so happy marching band brought me you!! We’ve definitely had fun together...remember when I pinched a nerve in my neck driving down to Charleston because I was pretending to take shots while singing “My Shot” from Hamilton? Or our wine nights, and of course, nachos after poop band!! I’m gonna need about 18 more chipotle dates before June, okay? I have LOVED watching you grow from rank leader to Brass Music Coordinator in our years of band. You’re going to be an amazing band director!!! Thank you for being an amazing friend. Now lets go spend our Carpe Diem!!
Jacob:
GERBCOB! I can honestly say you were my first real friend that I met in the trumpet section, and the rest has been history! Nothing will ever beat that pic of us from the end of our freshman year band camp...I’ll just leave it at that. It’s been a blast marching along side of you for 4 years! Love ya buddy!!
Ethan:
ETHAN! You need to come over and pet OUR cat more often! In all honesty I am so happy we’ve gotten so close this year! There are definitely more Trabant/cat-petting dates in our future ;). I’m really gonna miss you buddy. <3
Ayanna:
I can honestly say, when I met you at freshman year band camp, I would’ve never thought we’d end up as roommates our senior year, and now look at us! I am really happy that living together this year has allowed us to become super close, and I am so excited for the rest of the year!
Matt:
Chalupa! I can always count on your witty and sarcastic comments on the field to make me laugh! You always put 110% into the trumpet section each year and it was awesome to see you take on the role of drill section leader and help us clean our forms, because we needed it!
