To My Rookies: My little dudes! I’m so proud of what you all have accomplished this season. Our sound is the best it’s been in a long time, and we have received endless compliments from the audience and alumni. YOU are one of the reasons for that. I can’t wait to see where Blue Thunder ends up in a few years. I can see all of your faces passing through my thoughts in my head and you’ve all left your own personal imprint on me. For your titles:
Andy DuBois: My guy, you’re Little Blue . For your endless Banshee spirit, you gotta be Little Blue

Frankie Jacquette: You shall be known as Silent But Deadly. One wouldn’t think you’d have that fire
and sass within you, but OH you got it. I love the little comments you make under your breath and
when you think no one will hear you. Those are the best ones. Keep being badass, Frankie.
Kyle Benbrook: I deem thee Biden Bum. This is for that one member who just WON’T get out of
Biden. Just please, so I can lock the door. I beg you. Haha, really though - as I’ve gotten to know
you better I realize that you’re a really cool guy, Kyle. I’m impressed by how much you balance on
your plate. You also give little compliments that make people smile and I notice it.
Luke Nestorowicz: Hahaha, you fool. It’s only appropriate that you get the title of The Fool. I first
think of the tarot card (The Fool), which is pretty much the beginning of a new journey, being
unafraid, believing in the universe. I know there’s something inside you, Luke, you just have to let it
out and be free. You also bring us laughs and randomness that is needed in this section. FRHSD
represent :)
Liz Logemann: Kachow! You’re Lightning McQueen (or Gold Lightning). I’d like this title to be
given to a girl, ‘cause you a queen. You’re spirited, love the tuba, and you got sass girl. You just fit
in so naturally. Represent that other side of the storm.

Dan Curtin: Oh, Dan. You’re The Wanderer. A member of the section who just doesn’t quite know
what’s going on if it smacked you in the face. I know you mean well Dan, and I genuinely appreciate
you. But, you’re still The Wanderer.
Jacob Flenner: What’s cooler than being cool? Ice Cold. Yeah, you’re Ice Cold. You may think
you’re too cool for us, but guess who’s still one of us? YOU! Accept it, you love it. I also love the
stories you bring in for me every rehearsal. I’ll miss ‘em.
Will Kaier: Meme Meister. Easy. You’re so funny, Will. And you gave us the gift of Peppa! The best
part is you’re genuinely kind, too. I’m so glad you’ve enjoyed your time so far. You’re a good one.

Ariel Drossman: Ari, I don’t know what I would have done without you in college. I’m so grateful
that UDMB brought us together because we are basically soul sisters. We’re ri-squared. Thank you
for always being there for me when I need you most. Or, when I could just use a single slice of pork
roll to put in my pocket. I am always here for you no matter what. Through thick and thin. You are
another sister to me. I honestly have no words to put here because you know how much you mean to
me. I ain’t going anywhere :)
Ayanna Posipanko: That’s my roommate! I am willing to bet money that you started my blip in your
