generally charged for ceremony spaces, cocktail reception, dinner & dancing as well as lounge

Stationery Suite | refers to all the stationery, includes save the dates, invitations, reply cards,
reception cards, thank you cards and any other invitation enclosure.
Sterno | canned gel fuel used under a chaffer/chaffing dish to keep food warm
Sweetheart Table | table for 2, bride and groom have their own table set for dinner. Modified
Sweetheart Table – a table is set to flank the bride and groom for wedding party
Tablescape | another word for table arrangements or centerpieces, often used when each table
has multiple pieces or components.
Travel Fee | an additional fee that can be charged by vendors if location is out of their
designated mile radius, may also be charged if needed to travel to different locations on
wedding day. For example, between hotel and venue.
Venue Coordinator | assigned to your wedding on behalf of the venue, many times they are
responsible for several events in one shift. They are there to oversee the event and make sure
everything the venue is responsible for is taken care of for your event. They are only able to
assist you while they are on property and with things related to the venue.
Wedding Planner | works for you and your family, is responsible for making sure all aspects of
your event go as planned from transportation to wedding to packing things up at the end of the
night and sending you off.
Wedding Website | Couples may create their own personal website as a communication hub
for their wedding details including the itinerary, transportation and accommodations suggestions,
maps (saves on invitation costs), registry information, photos and their love story. Available free
from multiple online providers.
