sherry ranging from the bone-dry fino, preferred by the Spanish, to sweeter varieties such as
Pedro Ximenez (or P.X.), which the British particularly like. In fact, the British love affair with
sherry dates to 1587 when Sir Francis Drake ransacked Cádiz and brought home more than 3,000

On your way back to the Arcos area, you’ll make a brief stop at a Carthusian Monastery just

will know a thing or two about sherry. Enjoy!
