Health Center News
COVID 19 update: Health Center staff are working with mul-
tiple agencies to schedule vaccine appointments. If you
need help scheduling an appointment, please call the Health
Center.
If you have received your vaccine, please let the office know
so we can make sure it is recorded correctly in the State im-
munization website.
If you have had both vaccine doses, are not sick with possi-
ble COVID symptoms and have an appointment at the Health
Center, you may enter without waiting outside. Please be
sure to come for your appointment 15 minutes early so you
have time to fill out necessary paperwork.
Please call to office, rather than contacting staff via email or
text. After hours all after hours calls are monitored, for an
urgent medical need after hours, press (1) and your urgent
message will be forwarded to Kevin Bolan PA.
Due to COVID, we have not been scheduling complete physi-
cals. Many things can get missed over time. Please consid-
er scheduling a complete physical this year.
