Selected applicants not registering, who seek entry at a later date, have no preferential status and are
reconsidered at the same time as new applicants for the next class. Selected applicants, who enter later
than one (1) calendar year after initial selection, are required to update their applicant file.

Entry Requirements
Fulfillment of entry requirements includes satisfactory completion of entry requirements as identified in
the Applicant and Admission section of the Catalog. Immunization and Tuberculin Testing information
can be found in the Applicant and Admission Information section of the Catalog. Selected applicants
qualify for entry and registration for courses through fulfillment of all entry requirements.

Reentry Requirements

1. If a student applies for reentry to begin study within one calendar year of the official date of
withdrawal, the student may be considered for reentry at a point in the curriculum to be
determined by the appropriate Selection Committee.

2. If a student applies for reentry to begin instruction after one calendar year of the official date of
withdrawal, the student will only be considered for entry into the first semester of the program of
study.

3. A student applying for reentry will be eligible to return to study the next immediate
semester under certain circumstances described below:
 A student who voluntarily withdraws from all courses by the withdrawal date will be
eligible for reentry the following semester.
 A student who voluntarily withdraws from one or more courses by the withdrawal
date and successfully completes the remaining course(s) will be eligible for reentry
the following semester.

4. A student applying for reentry will be required to pause-out for one semester before
resuming study in circumstances described below:
 A student who voluntarily withdraws from one or more courses by the withdrawal
date and fails to successfully complete the remaining course(s) will be eligible to
resume study after a one-semester pause in enrollment.
 A student who earns a D, F or WX in any course(s) will be eligible to resume study
after a one semester pause in enrollment.

5. Reentry students must complete required remediation materials as outlined in the
student’s reentry requirements.

6. If a student has reentered a program of study and is unsuccessful, the student will not be
eligible to apply for reentry into the same program of study a second time.
