Design Department , Madam Elliza Hashim as a
representative from UiTM.
Out of 13 designs presented, five (5) designs were
shortlisted throughout the competition. However,
three (3) of shortlisted designs won the juries’
choices while the remaining two (2) only received
consolation prizes.
The juries’ choices that will be chosen as eyewear
display at A-Look Store in Klang were firstly the
Vintage concept from Siti Nur Soleha Mohd Sauffie,
Ainun Nursuhaiza Mohamed, and Siti Nurin Amila
Mazlan. The winners were followed by the Baba
Nyonya concept from Najiha Farhah Mohd Huzir
and Nur Rahimah Sahhit as well as the concept of
Kelarai originated by Nor Sahirah A. Rahman and
Nor Shakirah Abu Bakar.
‘We took the chance during this collaboration to let
the student to experience the industry of product
display and manage to convince the community
that this course is relevant according to the
customer’s demands even if the customers come
from unrelated industries.” Madam Juwita said.
In addition, the top three (3) winners will go through
an online public voting conducted on Bolon
Eyewear Facebook page in order to nominate the
winner between them. Another Window Creative
Display Competition will be held at national level
located at one of A-Look stores in Kuala Lumpur
which will also involve the top winners. ~ gesturz
