S0 = head

S1 = neck
S2 = thorax
S3 = shoulder and upper arm
S4 = abdomen, lower back,lumbar spine and pelvis
v S5 = elbow and forearm

S6 = wrist and hand
S7 = hip and thigh

S8 = knee and lower leg

S9 = ankle and foot

S0 = head
0 = Superficial injury /Abrasion /Contusion
S1 = neck
1 = Open wound / Cut wound
S2 = thorax
2 = Fracture
S3 = shoulder and upper arm
S4 = abdomen, lower back,lumbar spine and pelvis
3 = Dislocation, sprain and strain
v S5 = elbow and forearm
4 = Injury to nerves and spinal cord
S6 = wrist and hand
5 = Injury to blood vessels
S7 = hip and thigh
6 = Injury to muscle, fascia and tendon
S8 = knee and lower leg
7 = Crushing injury
8 = traumatic amputation

9 = Other and unspecified injuries
S9 = ankle and foot
