Vision of Recovery—Share ideas of what you want your life to look like when you have completed therapy and made the changes you wanted to make. This is to be thought of as a
destination that you want to get to—what do you want to be doing or feeling? Identifying and keeping your mind on this destination, or goal, is important in any journey. It provides direction and allows you to measure progress. This will help you focus on treatment and give you motivation as you move through the program.
My Vision of Recovery is:
What have I done to reach this Vision?
What steps can I take to move even closer to my Vision?
What will I do to keep on track with this Vision?
