We call it the long distance runner.
The system has a resolution of 75micron in real PCM jobs, and at the moment we have a productivity of 550 sheets per day at max 50mJ,
300x400-500mm as sheet size and 20-30% etched area, typically.
We use the double wavelength version that works well on the complete Range of dry films used in our production.
On high thickness material we are still doing a post-bake for adhesion.
The system prints the fiducials at the same time as the first layer imagin.
A camera system will make the alignment before the imaging of the second Layer. That’s really fast and easy! Accuracy is in the range of +/-12micron.

We define it as multipurpose, for all seasons and all terrains.
The system has a resolution of 75micron in real PCM jobs, and at the moment we have productivity of 350 sheets per day at 30mJ average, 300x400-500mm as sheet size and 20-30% etched area, typically.
We use the double wavelength version that works fine on the complete dryfilm range in our production.
On high thickness material, we are still doing a post-bake for adhesion.
The system needs an external station that ”Prints” optical marks in 3 corners of the sheet for layer by layer alignment, that’s maybe a complication
but it makes the system really precise - better than +/-10micron of accuracy.
