our sins-everything wrong we’ve done While cooling on a wire rack pray and
and every unkind way we’ve treated thank Jesus for taking our place on the
others. Have the children pour their cross. Then enjoy a tasty Easter treat

stones into the pitcher which repre- as you celebrate that Christ’s tomb
sents Jesus. What does it mean to was hollow, just as the rolls are hollow!
know that Jesus took on all of our sins!

                                Chocolate Egg Hunt

Hide HOLLOW chocolate Easter eggs, one for each
child. You can hide these with plastic eggs too. Have the egg hunt! Gather the
children and tell them that before they unwrap and eat the chocolate egg, they
are to know that each egg holds a special message just for them. Count to 3 and
have the children bite into their chocolate egg at the same time. As they discov-

er that the egg is empty, remind them of Christ’s empty tomb. What does
         Christ’s resurrection mean to them?
