What a great way to get to know someone and for all of us to feel connected to the
body of Christ – our congregation. (See a member of the Caring Hearts Team if you
need a name to pray for.)
Paul encouraged the Ephesians to pray for one another as a way to stay spiritually
strong in the midst of worldly temptations. The Message version of Ephesians 6:19
reads: “In the same way, prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and
long. Pray for your brothers and sisters. Keep your eyes open. Keep each other's spir-
its up so that no one falls behind or drops out.”
May the Holy Spirit move us to lift one another in prayer.
God’s blessings,
Sharon

th
home after the service on the 9 or if you leave it at
Trinity, volunteers will plant it outside here at church.
Don’t forget to wear red on Pentecost.
