WELL - FIXED ASSET
In case where “Quantity” is more than 1, or 2 or above, the system will automatically
ask whether the user wants to clarify 1 Asset Code per unit or not. The following figure unveils an
example of QTY = 5.
Click “OK” and the system will automatically ask whether the user wants to clarify 1
Asset Code per unit or not. If “Yes”, the system will clarify into 1 Asset Code per unit. Referring to
the example, there are 5 Asset Codes. The system will display BU-FC-00021-1, BU-FC-00021-2, BU-
FC-00021-3, BU-FC-00021-4, and BU-FC-00021-5. If “No”, the system will not clarify the Asset
Code and only “BU-FC-00021” will be displayed.
Correction of Asset
Click to select your asset required to be edited. If the depreciation value of
the asset is not already calculated, the user will be allowed to edit the required information
thoroughly. However, if the depreciation value is previously calculated, the user cannot edit any
information. Click to save the information as the correction is complete.
