6.1 Backup Database
To do the backup of information, you can “Utility -> Backup Database”.
- Specify “Name Backup” and click “OK” (You are recommended to name
the file as “Before End” according to the date, month, and year that the DP is closed as well as the
Backup date). For example, if the DP is closed in Jan-2017 and you proceed with the backup of
information on 02-Feb-2017, you are suggested to name this file as “Before DP End-jan-2017-02-
Feb-2017”. Always remember that 1 folder will be created as 1 Backup is implemented.
- Select the folder you want to proceed with the Backup and click “OK”.
Caution : You must let the Backup program perform its function completely.
Do not run any other program as it may cause error to the program. The message “Backup
Completed” will appear as the backup of information is successful.
