The Report function can be divided into 2 parts:
- Transaction Report
- Asset Report
7.1 Transaction Report
Transaction Report will be prepared according to the entering of function
transactions, varying in Disposal, Transfer, etc. The report is divided into 5 major categories.
7.1.1 Depreciation Report
- To print out the Depreciation Report, click “Report -> Transaction
Report -> Depreciation Report”.
- Click and select your preferred file already stored in the
G/L.
- Select your requirement in printing, for example, “All” to print all
page or “Specified Group” to print a specific group only. You can select “Class” or “Location” and
click “Saving Dates” accordingly.
