Part 4: Business Letters, Memorandums and E-mails

f- Ask the recipient to send back a cancellation receipt to
   make sure that the cancellation will be cancelled at the
   earliest opportunity.

g- Inform the recipient that you are no longer need the
   reservation.

h- Send the letter by a certified postal address to make sure
   that the recipient cannot deny receiving it.

i- Make clear the steps you will take if your reservation is not
   cancelled.

j- Write a comment on any actions to be taken as a result of
   the cancellation.

k- Proofread the letter.
l- At the end of the letter, write your name and title.
