Dear Ms. Smith,
Subject: Flight Cancellation
I have an airline reservation to Washington DC, timetabled on Thursday; the
4th of March, 2021.
Unfortunately, I will be unable to travel on that date as a problem has arisen
in my timetable. So, I am now forced to cancel my flight's reservation.
I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, but I am sure that I will be back
to your office in the coming few weeks to make another future reservation.
I would be grateful if you could inform me if there are cancellation fees and
when I can get back to your office to get my ticket refunded.
