Dear Ms. Connery,
Subject: Cancel my Hotel Booking.
This is with my reference to the booking, which has been arranged for me
by your travel agency to Inferno Hotel; booking number "AC119954".
I am sorry to inform you that due to some personal circumstances, I will not
be able to continue having it. Therefore, I would like to cancel my booking.
I apologise for any inconvenience resulting form this decision, but I have no
other choice considering the circumstances.
I kindly ask you to acknowledge the receiving of my request, and to confirm
the cancellation of my booking.
I really hope to make another booking in another time.
