j- Consider the first section of the memorandum:
As mentioned before, a well-organised memorandum, start by
writing the word "Memorandum" at the top of the page. The first
section of the memorandum should include four parts; TO,
FROM, DATE, and SUBJECT LINE, as indicated:
TO: provide the names and designations of everyone who
will receive the memorandum.
FROM: provide the writer's complete name and
designation.
DATE: provide the complete and accurate date of writing
the memorandum.
SUBJECT: provide a brief or specific description of what
the memorandum is about.

From: Michael Watson; Chief Executive Officer
Date: 12th March, 2021
Subject: A 50% Discount on Flights to the USA.
k- Choose the recipient list carefully:
Everyone who needs to be updated or informed about the
