Wessaya Restaurants Chain – A case study
results

       Based upon the preceding results of data gathered from
the survey and observation and interviews with managers of
Wessaya Restaurants Chain, a case study on this chain was
done. The aim of this case study was to know and study quality
department (units) duties and to identify the impact on the
performance of chain in specific period. The results of the case
study could be offered in the following points:

An overview of Wessaya Restaurants Chain

   • EMRM (Egyptian company for Modern Restaurants
       Management) was established in the year 2001. EMRM
       owns the brand Wessaya which was created in the year
       2001.

   • Company Vision: We want to be proud of ourselves and
       become the leading company in the restaurants business
       in Egypt by the year 2010.

   • Company Mission Statement: We are committing
       ourselves to be one of the regional leaders in the
       restaurant business, through dedication to consistent
