SECTION 7. TIME LIMITS.
The Board may alter the time limits shown in these Disciplinary Rules and Regulations when extenuating circumstances apply.
SECTION 8. RECORD OF COMPLAINT ACTIONS.
On completion of a case, a copy of each document prepared, or received, as provided in these Disciplinary Rules and Regulations, shall be maintained in an appropriate file established for this purpose in the Club Office. This file shall be retained so long as the accused is a member of the Club, or if expelled, for a period of five years from the date of expulsion.
