Secondly, I came to trust myself. Even in the

worst of circumstances, I did not go against

my conscience, I did not lie. I can face the
mirror every day, and I am not ashamed.

Thirdly, I became mentally fit and strong. I

don’t stay caught up in reactions: I observe,
I study, I decide.

I sometimes wish I could have learned in

easier ways, yet I believe that having gone
through these experiences makes me a

better doctor - doctor means teacher –

coach and mentor.
